Hudson Yards is a development that will change the way New York lives, works and eats, and to be part of that is extraordinary for us all.”

Chef Dan Doherty said, “I love New York and have always been a fan of the food scene there, so I was really excited when rhubarb approached me to work as chef partner on the Hudson Yards project. It’s an incredible site, and with an all-day offer, there’s something for everyone. I can’t wait to get in the kitchen!”

Kenneth A. Himmel, president and CEO of Related Urban, said, “When we began curating the Hudson Yards Dining Collection, we knew this neighborhood would need a diverse mix of cuisines to appeal to our residents, employees and visitors. The venue will open in late 2020 and occupy the top two levels of the 1,296-foot-tall building, which will also house the neighborhood’s observation deck, the highest outdoor viewing area in the Western Hemisphere and the fifth highest in the world.
