One Kenmore Square will further enhance one of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods and enrich a center of urban life. Two new buildings will introduce 282,000 square feet of modern office and retail space to Kenmore. Underutilized buildings will be reinvigorated and streetscape enhancements will positively impact the overall experience for employees, residents and pedestrians in the area.
