Constructed in 1929 by the Marshall Field Foundation, Marshall Field Garden Apartment Homes was one of the first privately financed workforce housing developments prior to any public investment in quality affordable housing. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Related's historic renovation process meets the Secretary of Interior's standards for historic rehabilitation.
