On November 5th, CityPlace Tower was named a TOBY® Award winner at the 2021 BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beach gala event. The 300,000-square-foot office building was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and completed in 2008, only steps away from lifestyle destination The Square.

West Palm Beach's One Flagler secures first tenants

After breaking ground on November 12th, One Flagler is on track to introduce 277,000 square feet of cutting-edge Class A office space to downtown West Palm Beach. Related Southeast has announced that the building's first tenants will be First Republic Bank, private equity firm Siris Capital and upscale Greek eatery Estiatorio Milos, which will serve as the building's flagship restaurant.

Related Southeast celebrates office development milestones in West Palm Beach

On November 12th, Related Southeast commemorated the groundbreaking of One Flagler and the official opening of 360 Rosemary. Together, both developments will add a total of more than half a million square feet of Class-A office space to West Palm Beach, including retail and 2.5 acres of green space, and will contribute to an even more vibrant downtown community. Adjacent to One Flagler, Related has also committed to the ongoing preservation of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, one of the most architecturally significant buildings in Palm Beach County.

10 Hudson Yards

Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, 10 Hudson Yards was the first building completed at Hudson Yards (in 2016) and is also the only one to encompass the High Line, New York’s famed elevated park.

30 Hudson Yards

The second-tallest office building in New York, 30 Hudson Yards was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates Founding Partner Bill Pederson and opened in 2019. It is home to the country’s highest outdoor observation deck, Edge.

50 Hudson Yards

When it opens in 2022, the Foster + Partners designed building will be the future headquarters of BlackRock and will occupy a full city block with direct lobby access to the No. 7 subway line.

55 Hudson Yards

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates Founding Partner Eugene Kohn, 55 Hudson Yards opened in 2019 and recalls the industrial facades of lower Manhattan while featuring podium and tower terraces that lend outdoor air to the traditional work experience.
