Agua Viva launches weekly Sunday Brunch at Conrad Los Angeles

Every Sunday from 11am-3pm, José Andrés' new restaurant Agua Viva will host a contemporary take on Sunday Brunch. Visitors can soak up the views of downtown Los Angeles on the terrace while enjoying Spanish-inspired brunch fare like Jamón and Eggs, Pisto Manchego and Tortilla de Patatas With Caviar.

The first Conrad Hotels & Resorts location in California, Conrad Los Angeles opened in July as part of The Grand LA—the city’s newest destination for shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown LA. Galley presents November's Dine for a Cause

Throughout November, Galley will donate 10% of every Thursday's sales to nonprofit Urban Youth Impact, the only faith-based organization that is serving Palm Beach County's at-risk youth. Urban Youth Impact's award-winning after school program helps prepare students for success with computer training, individualized literacy tutoring and more, in addition to a host of other engaging programs.

Perched on the 10th floor of Conrad Los Angeles, San Laurel is one of the latest new restaurants presented by iconic chef José Andrés. San Laurel features sweeping views of Los Angeles and The Grand LA, as well as a sophisticated interior designed by Tara Bernerd & Partners. The light and invigorating cuisine is inspired by the freshness of Californian farmers' markets and then reinterpreted with Spanish flavors, resulting in dishes like striped bass with mussel-saffron sauce and gazpacho with sea urchin and scallops.

Dine for a Cause program raises funds for Best Buddies in Palm Beach

Through the Dine for a Cause initiative, Hilton West Palm Beach and Galley donated $6,500 to local non-profit Best Buddies in Palm Beach. By dining at Galley, visitors helped the organization provide support to individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), enabling programs ranging from job matchmaking to fostering new friendships.
