Hudson Yards

Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center. When complete, 125,000 people a day will work in, visit or call Hudson Yards their home.

The Shops at Columbus Circle

The Shops at Columbus Circle has transformed the area into a thriving urban neighborhood. The soaring 2.8-million-square-foot vertical mixed-use property is home to shops, restaurants, luxury residences and the future headquarters of Deutsche Bank.

The 78

The 78 is modern placemaking in action and will transform the largest parcel of undeveloped land in downtown Chicago—a remarkable 62-acre site—into the city's 78th neighborhood, fusing together new homes, commercial enterprises, cultural events, academia and outdoor recreational space.

The Grand

The centerpiece of a plan to reinvigorate downtown Los Angeles, The Grand is designed by Frank Gehry and located across the street from the Broad Museum and Walt Disney Concert Hall. The mixed-use complex is home to dynamic shops, chef-driven restaurants and dining, entertainment, residences and more.

Rosemary Square

Rosemary Square has been a catalyst for the transformation of downtown West Palm Beach into a thriving urban lifestyle. Brent Cross Town

Brent Cross Town, a major regeneration scheme that will provide thousands of new jobs and homes, is a mixed-use project in development by the joint venture Argent Related.

Al Maryah Central

The dynamic mixed-use development Al Maryah Central is scheduled to open in Summer 2019. Comprised of 3.1 million square feet, the iconic development will include a 2.3-million-square-foot world-class shopping center, rooftop food hall, 5-star hotel and luxury residences.

Tottenham Hale

The partnership with Argent Related will deliver a range of around 1,030 homes (including market sale, build to rent and affordable) around the Tottenham Hale transport hub.
