In an effort to give back to the community, Bronx Terminal Market partnered with New York Cares to provide over 750 winter coats to families in need. The shopping center hosted the giveaway on January 29th alongside its monthly food drive held with The Catholic Charities of New York where volunteers gave out over 1,000 free meals to locals.

At Chicago's Van Buren Park Apartments, residents received a surprise visit from Santa as part of Operation Holiday Cheer. Related Midwest provided over 100 children and teens free toys and gift cards and set up socially distanced visits with Santa to help brighten the holidays.

With inspiration around every corner, New York City is one of the greatest cities in the world. Hudson Yards recognizes that this is our chance to unite and define the city's next chapter together.

To support New York City’s frontline workers, we partnered with José Andrés’ global organization World Central Kitchen to provide free meals at 55 Hudson Yards and support the local community. Thanks to all the tireless volunteers and the incredible generosity of family, friends, individuals and neighbors like Wells Fargo, the WCK outpost has served over 88,000 meals and has raised over $1.6 million to date.
